Information we collect
Canada Walk-In Clinics is a static directory website. We do not require account registration and we do not collect personal information simply by browsing the site.
If you use our contact form, we collect the information you voluntarily provide: the clinic name you are reporting on, your issue description, and optionally your email address. This information is used solely to process your correction request.
Cookies and analytics
We may use privacy-friendly analytics (such as Plausible or similar) to understand aggregate traffic patterns — for example, which provinces and cities are most visited. This data is anonymous and not linked to any individual.
We do not use tracking cookies, third-party advertising cookies, or sell data to advertisers.
Third-party services
Clinic pages may embed Google Maps iframes to show clinic locations. Google Maps is subject to Google's own privacy policy.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to process your request and are then deleted. We do not retain personal information beyond that purpose.
Your rights
You may request deletion of any personal information you have submitted to us by contacting us via our contact form. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
